Get ready – wristbands have begun shipping! As soon as yours ship, you’ll get a tracking link via email so you can track them bad boys all the way to your house. Remember, DO NOT put them on until the week of the fest – fight the urge!

As soon as you receive your wristbands, make sure you activate them so you can walk right into the fest. Wristbands must be registered in order to be activated for entry. Register here.
Still haven’t gotten your wristband(s)? Not to worry, they are going out as fast as possible – you’re going to get an email confirmation as soon as your wristbands hit the mail and you can track that beautiful arm candy all the way to your door! Your estimated delivery time is approximately 5 to 7 days once you get your email tracking link, however it may take longer depending on your location.
*NOTE: Once you receive your tracking number it might take 24-48 hours for it to start tracking. Don’t flip out. It’s real, they are coming.

Do I have to sign for my package?

Can I still change my shipping address?
Unfortunately, once packages have shipped, there’s no way to update your shipping address. If you know you won’t be able to receive the package at the address in your Etix account, please email info@fsmf.com to let us know. You will be able to pick up replacement wristband(s) at Will Call. Replacement fees may apply. Please note that all shipping fees are nonrefundable.
I’ve tracked my package and I’m concerned it won’t be delivered. What should I do?
If you’re concerned about the delivery of your wristband(s), please contact the courier by clicking the tracking link in your email for more details and to discuss delivery options. If your package is marked as “delivered” but you never received it, please email us at info@fsmf.com if you still have not received your wristband(s) at least 7 days prior to the festival. We will deactivate the lost wristband(s). Please note that any reported wristbands will be deactivated immediately and cannot be re-activated. Shipping fees are nonrefundable.
You will be able to pick up replacement wristband(s) at Will Call. You will need the original order confirmation email and a photo ID that matches the name on the tickets for proof of purchase. Replacement fees may apply.
I received my wristbands, but I lost them/put them on too tight and had to remove them/damaged them. How do I get new ones?
PLEASE DO NOT PUT ON YOUR WRISTBAND BEFORE THE EVENT! Once applied, the wristband cannot be removed. If you need a replacement wristband please come to Will Call, before entering the event. Replacement fees may apply.

I think I received the wrong wristbands. What do I do?
If you think you received the wrong wristband(s) please email us at info@fsmf.com. Make sure you bring the wristband(s) you received in the mail to Will Call, in order to verify this error.
