- No glass allowed – review prohibited items.
- We reserve the right to deny entry if there appears to be an excessive amount of alcohol for the number of people in the vehicle/campsite.
- If you are of legal drinking age, you may bring alcohol into your individual campsite. Alcohol consumption and open containers are not allowed in public areas or on roads and must stay at your campsite.
- Each person over 21 with a valid Camping Wristband and Festival Wristband may bring two (2) of the following items (not two (2) of each type):

- No generators running past: 1:30 am.
- When utilizing a generator, please be considerate of your neighbors and operate your generator safely. All generators are the sole responsibility of their owners.
- Remember to read your owner’s manual, and always double-check that both your carbon monoxide and fire detectors are functioning properly before you camp.
- Your generator should be outdoors, far from any structure and properly grounded. When operating your generator, plug equipment directly into the generator, and DO NOT plug the generator into a wall outlet. Between uses, give your generator time to cool off before refueling. Please “pipe up” internal generators reducing noise and diverting exhaust fumes above the RV and away from your neighbor’s camping area. For free-standing generators, a “muffle box” can reduce noise and direct exhaust away from fellow campers. All generators are the sole responsibility of their owners. Carbon monoxide detectors and fire detectors save lives. Don’t forget to pack one for your campsite and ensure they are working properly before you head to the campground!
- Firearm and Weapon Policy:
- Field & Stream Music Fest has a strict policy against firearms and weapons of any kind on FSMF Property (including campgrounds and fest grounds). No weapons of any kind are permitted, including but not limited to guns, knives, axes, hatchets or baseball bats. This policy applies to everyone, including those with a concealed carry permit.
- No weapons of any kind are permitted. Leave them at home. You will not be permitted to enter FSMF grounds with a weapon.
- Please check your campers and your vehicles before you leave your house. DO NOT BRING GUNS OR ANY WEAPONS to the fest. You will not be permitted entry. Depending on the circumstances, you may also face legal consequences. It’s not worth the risk to bring a firearm or weapon to the fest.
- Not sure if what you are bringing is considered a weapon? Please reach out to our team at info@fsmf.com.
- Fire lanes must remain open at all times.
- Severe Weather: Field & Stream Music Fest is focused on the safety of its patrons, employees and service partners. As such, we may have to shut down fest transportation (buses, trams and golf carts) during periods of severe weather. Please plan accordingly to give yourself enough time to get to a safe place in the case of severe weather.

- Snacks and drinks
- Paper plates, cups, and napkins
- Toiletries and beauty supplies
- Clothing accessories
- Camping and outdoor gear

What is the difference between my camping wristband and my fest wristband?
Camping Wristband:
- This only allows entry into the campgrounds.
Fest Wristband:
- This only allows entry into the fest grounds.
Wristbands will be shipped to you if you purchase your tickets on or by Friday, August 23. Please keep both wristbands on for the duration of your camping and fest experience. If you damage your wristband(s), come to Will Call for a replacement.
Is there an age policy to camp?
All campers must be 18+ or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Every camper must have a fest wristband and a camping wristband to enter the festival grounds. A legal guardian is NOT a parent giving a note to an older friend or sibling. That is NOT an option. A guardianship is a legal relationship created when a person or institution is assigned by the court to take care of minor children. Please note: children of all ages must have the same ticket type as their parent or legal guardian.
Do I get my own restroom?
No, restrooms are shared amongst camping guests. There will be air-conditioned restroom and shower trailers available throughout the weekend.
What if I want to have my RV delivered?
If you plan on having your RV delivered to the site, the person whose name is on the order must be present at check-in. RV’s that show up without the original purchaser/renter will be turned away. We recommend that you meet the delivery person at a remote location (such as Walmart) and travel to the site together. Please note that only your RV will be allowed into the tollbooth area for check-in. No additional vehicles can accompany the RV through the check-in process. Please also note that your RV will not be allowed into the check-in lot if you do not have your RV parking sticker posted according to sticker installation instructions and your required “Renter, Borrower or Owner” paperwork*.
*An RV spot will only be honored if the person who made the order is present at check-in and has a fest pass, and possesses the proper paperwork corresponding to the status of ownership of the RV:
OWNER – Proof of Registration, valid I.D, RV pass and fest pass.
RENTER – Rental Company Service Agreement. Renter on agreement must be present with Valid ID, RV pass and fest pass.
BORROWER – Permission letter from the registered owner. Copy of registered owner’s registration and valid ID. RV spot purchaser must be named on permission slip and be present at onsite check-in with valid ID, RV pass and fest pass.
Are there water trucks available to fill up my RV water tank?
It is strongly recommended to have your freshwater RV tank full and your black and grey tanks empty before arriving at Field & Stream. Potable water trucks will be available with fresh water and pump trucks to help dispose of RV sewage. These paid services are NOT guaranteed and available first come, first served.
Can I bring a firepit or have a campfire?
No open flames or fires of any kind are allowed on the fest grounds or campgrounds. No one wants a fire spreading throughout the grounds!
The only exception is a small propane grill for cooking. Propane tanks must not exceed 20 oz. Charcoal grilling is not permitted.
Are generators allowed into the RV campgrounds?
Yes. Your generator should be factory installed on the RV or outdoors, far from any structure and properly grounded.
