Located at Carolina Adventure World, a 3000-acre adventure park, in Winnsboro, South Carolina. Just a short drive from Charlotte, NC, and Columbia, SC!

All ticket holders have access to the F&S Outdoor Expo and demonstrations, with the ability to enhance their festival experience by booking on-site and off-site outdoor excursions.

Wristbands will begin shipping in September of 2024. All payment plans must be paid in full by August 23rd, 2024 in order to get your wristbands shipped to you.

Parking

3-Day Parking Pass (Friday-Sunday)
FSMF offers multiple parking lots adjacent to the festival site. Most lots are walkable, but all will have a shuttle service. Parkers will be assigned to a parking lot on a first-come, first-served basis, which will be communicated when you receive your parking pass.

3-Day Beaver Park Parking (Friday-Sunday) – SOLD OUT
The closest parking to the festival, parkers will be assigned to a parking lot on a first-come, first-served basis.

IMPORTANT PARKING INFO:

  •  Lots are open daily at 11 am, Friday through Sunday, and a parking pass will be required to enter.
  •  While the parking lots are monitored, FSMF is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. It’s important not to leave valuables in your car or ensure they are out of sight. Be sure to leave all prohibited items at home.
  • NO TAILGATING.

Parking Passes will be shipped with your FSMF wristbands, beginning in September 2024.

Camping:

Festival wristbands and camping wristbands are required for entry to all campgrounds.

Check-in:

  •  Wednesday, October 2nd: 2 PM – 10 PM – Prepaid Reservation Only
  •  Thursday, October 3rd: 8 AM – 10 PM –  Prepaid Reservation Only
  • Friday, October 4th: 8 AM – 2 PM

Check-out by:

  • Monday, October 7th by 12PM

Arriving – Groups that want to camp next to each other must arrive at the same time to ensure your group’s campsites are in a close proximity to one another. No spot saving is allowed.

Departing – For the safety of you and your neighbors, once parked in a camping spot by our guides, you may not move your RV or car for the duration of the festival. If you are leaving early and do not plan on returning, contact one of our security officers so they can help direct you out safely. If your vehicle leaves its designated spot, the site is considered abandoned. Any remaining items will be considered trash and will be permanently disposed of.

Bag Policy:

Field & Stream Music Fest has a clear bag policy to provide everyone with a safer fest experience, as well as to decrease the time it takes to get into the show. Please take note of the following, prior to making your way to the fest.

  • Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC and do not exceed 12” x 6” x 12”
    (Official Field & Stream Music Fest Logo clear plastic bags will be available through festival merchandise outlets)
  • One-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or smaller)
  • Small, non-clear bags, that do not exceed 4.5” x 6.5” in size, with or without a handle or strap can be taken into the fest with an approved clear plastic bag.
  • An exception will be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection at a gate designated for this purpose.

Prohibited items include, but are not limited to: purses larger than a clutch bag, coolers, briefcases, backpacks, fanny packs, cinch bags, luggage of any kind, computer bags and camera bags or any bag larger than the permissible size.

A small clutch bag is defined as – “approximately the size of a hand with or without a handle or strap, no larger than 4.5” x 6.5”

IMPORTANT INFO

  • Field & Stream Music Fest is a rain or shine event.
  • Purchases are non-refundable. All sales are final.
  • Wristbands are non-transferable and will be voided if tampered with, broken or lost.
  • Wristband replacements if stolen, broken or lost can be exchanged at Will Call for a fee.
  • You may leave the festival site and return with your official Field & Stream Music Fest wristband.
  • Line-up is subject to change without notice.
  • No pets permitted – service animals only.
  • All wristband holders are subject to search upon entry.

Wristband Policy

All tickets will be delivered in the form of a festival wristband – the wristband is your ticket. We will start shipping out wristbands in September 2024. Wristband(s) should arrive via USPS at least seven days prior to the event to your provided shipping address. US only. Canada/International shipping not available. All international orders will be placed at Will Call. 

Will Call Policy

A valid ID that matches the name used to purchase the ticket must be presented to pick up your wristbands. If you are not the original purchaser, you must provide a copy of the original purchaser’s ID, Etix order confirmation for wristband pickup. No exceptions.

GovX Discounts

Field & Stream Music Fest has partnered with GovX to offer discount tickets to the U.S. military, government agencies, police, fire, and EMS. The discount is offered for all festival ticket types only through GovX.

Please note promo codes are not valid on early-bird ticket pricing, camping, or parking. Promo codes cannot be applied or credited to past purchases.

Upgrade Policy

To process an upgrade, customers must purchase their new desired ticket type, forward the confirmation email to info@fsmf.com and we will refund the original order. After August 23rd, 2024, upgrades are no longer permitted online and must be done at Will Call. Will Call will open the week of the festival and remain open throughout the fest.

ADA Policy

FSMF offers an accessible viewing area where seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note this area has limited capacity and is subject to the following guidelines: * One companion permitted per ADA guest * No standing, vaping, or smoking * Seats cannot be saved or reserved Please reference our festival map in the Official FSMF App, once released, for specific location details. Age Restrictions

All ages are welcome! All children 11 and older need to have a ticket to enter the festival site and must be accompanied by an adult. Kids 10 and under are free when accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Drug & Alcohol Policy

You must be 21 and possess a valid ID to purchase and drink alcohol. FSMF is a zero-tolerance event. All local and State laws will be strictly enforced. There will be no tolerance for illegal activities.

Notice of Filming and Photography

When you enter the Field & Stream Music Fest  (“FSMF”) event, you enter an area where photography, audio, and video recording may occur. By entering the event premises, you consent to interview(s), photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, webcasts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media, or any other purpose by FSMF and its affiliates / representatives. Images, photos and/or videos may be used to promote similar FSMF events in the future, highlight the event and exhibit the capabilities of FSMF. You release FSMF, its officers and employees, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication and use of interviews, photographs, computer images, video and/or sound recordings. By entering the event premises, you waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment of royalties in connection with any use, exhibition, streaming, webcasting, televising, or other publication of these materials, regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such use, exhibiting, broadcasting, webcasting, or other publication irrespective of whether a fee for admission or sponsorship is charged. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by FSMF or the person or entity designated to do so by FSMF. When you enter FSMF, you have consented, waiver of liability.
