PLEASE NOTE: In order to exchange your ticket for a wristband, you will need to provide a valid photo ID and the Etix confirmation email and/or Etix order number. You must have a valid photo ID that matches the name on the order that you are picking up. If you are picking up wristbands for someone else, you must have their valid photo ID or a photo of their valid photo ID in order to pick them up.  No alternate name changes or pickups allowed.

You MUST have the Etix confirmation email and/or Etix order number. Field & Stream Music Fest and eTix can not authenticate or verify tickets purchased through any third-party ticketing platform (Stubhub, Vivid Seats, SeatGeek, Ticketmaster, etc.) or marketplaces (Facebook, Craigslist, etc.). If you purchased through a third party, please make sure you have this information before coming to Will Call.
